Vision: Our vision for this project was to transform a challenging inner-urban site, just off Chapel Street, into a vibrant hub. We aimed to seamlessly integrate residential, commercial, and retail spaces, creating a thriving destination.

Approach: We designed these apartments to maximise liveability within a dense urban setting. Key to this was capturing views of surrounding parks and landmarks, bringing the outside in. A multi-level basement with car stacking and storage provides convenient resident amenities. The ground and first floors, featuring a mix of commercial and residential spaces, activate the streetscape, while the upper-level apartments offer a private retreat from the bustle below.

Outcome: This mixed-use residential and commercial project is tailored to its unique location, offering exceptional amenities including off-street parking, convenient facilities, and enhanced liveability within a dense urban setting. Residents enjoy a true sense of sanctuary within their homes, despite the surrounding urban activity.
