Vision: The dream for this duplex overhaul (left side with perforated brickwork) was to create a functional home in a style that drew on the industrial surrounds of the area. The owners wanted as much space and privacy as possible, despite being on a tight inner-city block. 

Approach: A nearby warehouse provided the perfect inspiration for the angular roof. The perforated brickwork creates privacy, while the elegant curve delivers a soft contrast. 

Outcome: We delivered a medium-sized home on a small block, that fits aesthetically into the area while still being distinct.
