Vision: This Californian bungalow had an impractical footprint and odd extensions, so it needed an overhaul to accommodate a family of four. 

Approach: We rearranged the existing rooms to create an enticing master suite, main bathroom and spacious bedrooms. A new open-plan kitchen and living area features a dramatic high ceiling to embrace light. 

Outcome: The layout now makes complete sense and offers a delightful integration into the garden. A tailored touch that the owners love is a built in window seat for relaxation.
