Vision: The vision for this project was to meticulously reimagine and rejuvenate a residence that had remained untouched since its last renovation in the late 1980s. Our priority was to modernise the home while maximising the breath taking views of its prime Sydney location overlooking the harbour.
Approach: The approach for this project was to preserve the essence of the existing home while strategically modifying key areas to create a seamless and modern floor plan that maximises harbor views wherever possible. Embracing the unique character of the original structure and repurposing service areas enabled the incorporation of intriguing features such as cellars, sauna, and gym spaces - elements previously excluded within the old layout. The addition of a first floor main bedroom suite complete with an expansive terrace, multiple lounge spaces and study retreat are some of the many highlights of the project.
Outcome: A complete transformation of a luxury home in need of major renovations.
