Vision: Nestled in a suburban enclave, the owner sought to transform a single block into two expansive town homes, each designed to comfortably accommodate a modern family.

Approach: Our design philosophy centered on creating two luxurious, two-level town homes, each featuring three bedrooms, study and multiple living areas. Emphasising volume and light, we incorporated large windows, clear sightlines to the garden, and a dramatic full height window to the staircases to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. The heart of each home is an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, perfect for lively family gatherings. Upstairs, a serene master suite complete with a walk-in robe offers a private sanctuary. The exterior showcases a contemporary minimalist aesthetic. 

Outcome: The result is a pair of sophisticated townhouses that maximise the potential of the land while offering stylish and functional family living spaces.
